1.           2+ years of experience in projects in Freight forwarding company in UAE

2.           Good communication skills in English including writing, speaking, reading.

3.           Must have knowledge in MS office suite.

4.           Bachelor degree in BA English / engineering / relevant experience is required .

5.           Preparation of quotation and invoices in a timely manner to bill to client

6.           Coordinate with client’s suppliers on cargo collection and source for suitable sailing for the shipment

7.           Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, booking and shipment status

8.           Activation of shipments and preparation of relevant shipping documents 

9.           Preparation of import and export permits for customs declarations

10.         Monitor shipment status on daily basis and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders

11.         Attend client’s shipment status meeting and provide updates

12.         Coordinate with local and overseas office for tender preparations and submissions

13.         Preparation of internal project costs and P&L per shipment and monthly report

14.         Must have knowledge of breakbulk, RORO, Heavy lift / Out of Gauge transport shipments execution.
