  1. To design marketing plans for each of the brands and ensure timely execution.

 

  1. To assess the performance of each of the SKUs and take suitable measuresto ensure growth.

 

  1. To analyze market-wise performance for each of the brands and initiatevactions for achieving the growth targets.

 

  1. To constantly assess the competitors’ activities and to recommend suitablemeasures to counter.

 

  1. To present business plans for introduction of new products/lines.

 

  1. To organize necessary training programs for Sales Executives and Dealer Salesmen to improve product knowledge.

 

  1. To be responsible for all ATL & BTL activities of the Company.

 

  1. To liaise with the Agency for all activities and to ensure timely implementation.

 

  1. To assess the functioning/contribution of the Agency and to keep the Management informed. This activity needs to be covered in the monthly report in detail.

 

  1. To develop new products in line with the requirement of the marketing co-ordination with the Production department.

 

  1. To be responsible for all Digital Marketing activities – SEO, Google ads etc.

 

  1. To be responsible for enhancing the image of our brands through various actions/activities.

 

  1. To take all necessary initiative in launching various new products in co-ordination with the Sales department.

 

  1. To     display       high      level      of     interpersonal       skills      and contribute significantly for the progress of the Company.

 

  1. To keep the Management informed of all developments in the market on a regular basis.

 

  1. To adhere to the policies of the Company.

 

  1. To ensure higher realization for all brands/products.

 

  1. To be responsible for all special assignments given from time to time.

 

  1. To develop website for the company and to keep it updated by making suitable changes and also by uploading latest details.

 

  1. To submit monthly report by the 5th ofe very month indicating clearly the activities carried out/contribution/pending actions etc.

 

  1. To create the required ambience in the company showroom with proper interiors.

 

  1. To work with the contractors for all new showrooms for proper interiors in line with the brand standards.

Education – Post Graduate in Marketing

Experience – Minimum 5 Years as Marketing Manager in a Consumer DurableCompany.

Package: Dhs. 15,000/- to 18,000/- per month
