The primary role is to lead the design, development and execution of company's new products. The responsibilities include developing design concepts and producing detailed drawings to ensure that the project meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, he/she may be involved in site visits, feasibility studies, and research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Overall, architects play a crucial role in shaping the built environment, creating spaces that enhance the lives of individuals and communities.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural designs for various projects, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
   
• ·       Collaborate with the front-end team to gather feedback from customers and end-users to develop innovative solutions that address the customer’s needs.
   
• ·       Ensure that the solutions align with company's brand identity, quality standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
   
• ·       Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and industry standards.
   
• ·       Identify opportunities to enhance the end-user experience of comoany's products.
   
• ·       Develop compelling display ideas for showcasing company's products and its technical features in showroom and at sites.
   
• ·       Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and identify areas for efficiency gains.
   
• ·       Implement tools and technologies that enhance the overall process flow in the production and operations.
  Qualifications
   
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution (preferably western educated)
   
• Preferably male candidates.
   
• Previous experience in any joinery or aluminum manufacturing industry
   
• Demonstration of creative ideas via portfolio
   
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools, along with strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
   
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, interact with clients, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
   
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative design solutions that address functional, aesthetic, and environmental considerations.
   
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality architectural designs and documentation.
   
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team dynamic and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
