Position: Client Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain relationships with clients after the signing of the contracts and be a single point
of contact for all types of communication.
● Analyze customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is
achieved.
● Support Operations team by providing real time solutions and communication with the client.
● Follow up on the site readiness with the Site Engineers.
● Receive, assign, and follow up on measurement requests with the site engineer.
● Follow up on collecting second payment.
● Responsible for due diligence of Final Measurements and Contracts closed by the sales team.

Requirements:
 Relevant customer service experience specifically dealing with the Emaratis
 Having construction and mechanical background or experience will be preferred.
 Bilingual with excellent English and Arabic communication.
 Native Arabic speaker preferably (Lebanese, Syrian).
 Fluent English is a must.

Salary: Up to 8,000/- (negotiable)
