Role Overview:
As the Senior Performance Marketing specialist you will play a pivotal role in elevating our digital market presence, optimizing ROIs, and providing strategic support in creative direction. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Branding Manager collaborating closely to drive the overall marketing objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, Lead Generation and boost sales.
Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
ROI Optimization:
Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to enhance campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Creative Direction Support:
Collaborate with the Marketing and Branding Manager on creative direction, ensuring alignment with performance marketing objectives.
Contribute to the development of engaging and impactful advertising creatives.
Budget Management:
Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the home and lifestyle industry.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills & Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Designing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing roles.
