Job Purpose:
Monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products of Bayara foods and making sure that products meet a set of standards and analyzing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the production phase.
 

Key Responsibilities:
ᴧ      Inspection of raw materials (both food and packaging) at reception. Rejecting the non-conforming products (not conforming to Gyma standards), accepting conditionally if required after consulting his superior.
ᴧ      Inspection of new samples received from Procurement team and updating response of quality status of those samples.
ᴧ      Monitoring Temperature and relative humidity of the warehouse area and proper escalation upon any deviations.
ᴧ      To raise external Non-conformance for any serious safety and quality issues of the product.
ᴧ      Accountable to prevent any cross contamination to the products while inspection on inspection tray.
ᴧ      Preparation of product inspection report with quality status and forwarding the report summary to purchase and warehouse on daily basis.
ᴧ      Communicating properly with warehouse staff and other Quality Controllers on status of conditionally accepted products requiring special treatment. 
ᴧ      Scheduling & supervising of products’ fumigation activities when required.
ᴧ      Proper filling of records on time and proper documentation in the final files.
To arrange samples for DM inspection, hold the batch system wise until the results are all fine

-        B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Science
 

-        B.Sc./M.Sc. Microbiology
 

-        B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology and Quality Assurance
 

-        B.Sc./M.Sc. Biochemistry
 

-        B. Tech/MTech in Food Engineering
 

ᴧ      Training level: HACCP
 

ᴧ      Experience:
 

-        ISO awareness.
 

-        GMP/GHP in manufacturing
 

ᴧ      Language: English.
