Plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential patients, industry leading physicians and other Healthcare facilities, and contributing to revenue generation. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and effective communication to develop and implement business growth strategies. 


1. Market Research and Analysis: 

   - Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. 

   - Analyse market data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations. 

   - Stay updated on industry news and developments. 


2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: 

   - Identify and qualify potential leads, clients, and business partners through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing and networking. 

   - Develop and maintain a database of prospects. 

   - Create and manage lead generation campaigns. 


3. Relationship Building: 

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential patients, Industry leading Physicians/Doctors and Health Care facilities. 

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, Operations and Administration to deliver results. 

   - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's professional network. 


4. Business Strategy Development: 

   - Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business development goals. 

   - Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. 

   - Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with the company's overall objectives. 


5. Proposal and Pitching: 

   - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential patients. 

   - Customize solutions to meet client needs and address their pain points. 

   - Negotiate terms and agreements to close deals. 


6. Sales Support: 

   - Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. 

   - Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to help the marketing team effectively position our services. 


7. Reporting and Analysis: 

   - Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. 

   - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development strategies. 


8. Continuous Learning: 

   - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business development. 

   - Attend relevant training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. 


EDUCATION                  Bachelor degree or equivalent 
EXPERIENCE    At least 2 years in Hospital or similar organization 
LANGUAGE SKILLS       English, Russian and Basic Arabic language (Preferrable but not mandatory)
