About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality approval and proven experience in G+5/G+6 building projects to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil and structural construction, site execution, and project coordination, with a good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor civil and structural construction works to ensure quality and timely completion.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements.
Monitor project progress, construction schedules, and site requirements.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HSE standards, and quality procedures.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate the resolution of technical and construction issues.
Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
Prepare and maintain site reports and relevant project documentation.
Support the project team in resolving technical and site-related issues.

Requirements

Dubai Municipality approved Civil Engineer.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in civil construction.

Proven experience working on G+5/G+6 building projects is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction works.

Good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
